This is it! It’s now or never! Bo Bice versus Carrie Underwood… who will sing their way to the top? Who will have the most number votes? Who will be crowned as the next American Idol…

Kodak Theatre in Hollywood is the home of the Oscars, but not tonight. This evening, it’s the stage for arguably the two most talented people left in the show, Bo Bice and Carrie Underwood. Everyone dressed well for this occasion, and that includes Simon who wore a black coat. And since, Vonzell didn’t have the same privelege as Jasmine to do the toss coin, we figure out who’ll sing first a few minutes before they kick of the show. And based on that seemingly rigged acting of Ryan, Bo is up first.

Bo is traveling on a long long road, and it’s pretty obvious that he’s probably not gonna get where he plans to. I’m sorry but that was one of the dullest performance to date. Anyone who thought it rocked needs some good shaking.

Verdict: Worst

Farm girl is ready and she wants us take her inside your heaven, I’ll be more than glad to enter hers… ahem…. Moving on, it was good, it may not be great but she sounded better than beardmate.

Verdict: Good

ROUND 1: CARRIE

Second chance for Bo, he’s doing vehicle and it may not be as great as the first one, it was good enough. Something is definitely up… he seemed really really controlled as if he’s scared of something…

Verdict: Good

Carrie made a terrible mistake by choosing to sing Independence Day once again. People are s tired of this song… they would have loved to hear something really great like Alone or Crying, as mentioned by Cowell. I just hope she does better the next round.

Verdict: Okay

ROUND 2: BO

Bo is not going down without a fight, unfortunately his version of inside your heaven stuck up in his ass. He seemed bewildered… the old Bo is suddenly gone… he seemed to have lost his passion… that made him the star he is today and he lacks it on the day when he needs it the most…

Verdict: Good

Carrie just sealed this. Angels really brought her here. That note was terrific, but I did catch the breaking of her voice during the final note. It was quite funny but both of them had the same mistake. They seem t think that the other one is gonna win which caused their unusual shyness…

Verdict: Better

ROUND 3: CARRIE

So, here you go. If Simon is right again, then Carrie is gonna win, if not, then we have a new rocker as an Idol which is not that bad but will be a terrible blow to our farm girl’s future.

A few hours from now we’ll witness the crowing of the new Idol and let’s all hope, it’s the one I’m routing for wahehe..

Idol was on fire tonight and the game is really on…. and music mogul Clive Davis was there to join in the fun... though he's really too old to enjoy anything wahehe... i do like though how he acts all Donald Trump when he's critiquing... waheheh

Vonzell is up first with the song picked out for her by Clive Davis. Not as great as the renditions of Anwar and Jasmine but the high notes were definitely great. She may never love this way again but I do hope she performs better the next time--- or maybe not… wahehehe…

Verdict: Okay

BO is now up the stage with his Elton John song, something even I (like Randy) thought would be a wrong song for him. But surprisingly it did work. All of a sudden, I was seeing Fantasia all over his face and that winning glow. Man, can he really be the next Idol… Pls. Don’t let the sun go down on me… make my girl win…

Verdict: Better

Carrie is still crying, without tears though. I hate it when people call her wooden, yes I know she needs to convey her emotions better but she definitely doesn’t move like a wood… wahehe.. I’m fighting for her life here…

Verdict: Good

Baby V is back, and wow! That was a great performance, probably her best yet, what am I saying, her best ever since this will be her final week. Simon said, that now they have a real competition, wah.. stop it!!! she’s not gonna make it!!!! Didn't know he part of the chain of fools...

Bogart has the balls to sing without the band, and I gotta say, he’s out to win. It is as if he’s been keeping all of this from everyone and strike when everyone wasn’t listening. That was the difference between him and Connie, the latter started early, and then all of a sudden, a couple of so-so performance caused him the boot… Within a dream, he’s certainly the wizard, such a wise move…

Verdict: Better

Oh, my f***in’ God! Carrie did not just do that? WOW!!!! Now I’m really convince she should win this, it was brilliant. Making most out of nothing at all is really her style, that note WOW!!! And I mean WOW!!!!

Verdict: Best

Last chance Vonzie, and poor girly, she gave it away on that one.. yup, it’s her style but there’s nothing in there to make her special… she had a great run but it’s gotta end here.. I love her from the beginning, in fact, if you can remember she’s my second girl in this competition, but she’s gotta go… we’ll miss you Unitel Postal Service girl. Hopefully someday we’ll hear your voice on the radio…

Thank God, a bad song from Bo at long last! Well, it wasn’t that bad but it was not as great as the last two performance so it’s a good thing. Man, but Paula’s right, I’m feeling really nervous for Carrie, okay, I know she’s going to the finals, but going after Bo, it may lead to her downfall… I can’t get no satisfaction cuz Bo’s doing well… grrrr

Verdict: Good

Our girl is out for a last punch, and she does it country style, Shania Twain never looked this pretty, waheheh.. man, I feel like a woman will be the last thing I’ll think about when I see Carrie, but she did look a little fat on that dress… don’t worry farm girl, you got this one in the bag, well at least, maybe two weeks ago.. wahhhhhhhh

Okie, so Ryan came out in a suit, and I honestly didn’t like it… Our contestants treat us with their appallingly choreographed group song. I did like the song though. Islands in the stream, I thought that was Ghetto Superstar… shows how young I truly am wahehehehe…

Okie, now let’s see how they all were during the auditions. Wow… Baby V is a threat to Tina Knowles, with that pink and green color combination waheheh…. Next is Anthony, he looked terribly different from now. It is as if he heard one of the nurses talk about an audition and he immediately escaped from the ICU and head to the auditions… Oh, so cute, our farm girl with her pink dress and Simon all of a sudden was lost with words… he was all “very good”…. And finally, the audition that nobody has ever seen, Bo Bice and his Baguio look… let’s leave it there…

Oh, now I know why Ryan’s all dressed-up, he’s giving away those little rectangular thingys they swipe around… wahehe... So okay, this is definitely gonna be a fast elimination, Bo safe, Carrie oh-so-safe… So is it Baby V or Federo V, well, for the first time in Idol history, the final performer gets the ax. Yup, the Fedoration has gone down… he’s now known as Anthony Farewell. Oh, my girl is crying, poor Carrie, it's okay honey, he'll be alright... and poor Anthony, he sang the wrong version of the song hahah!!! Now that will be remembered...

Okay, so, definitely the Top 3 I was looking forward to (after Anwar and Connie got the boot). Is it gonna be a Bo-Ca, Bo-Vo or Ca-Vo???? Well, I don’t care as long as my girl wins… waeheh…

Yep, another one…. Apparently, FOX and the producers got the wrong numbers for Closed Captioning… here are the pictures…

All numbers that appeared for the last three contestants were the digits for Carrie. Is it a conspiracy??? I don’t think so… but is sure does open the doors for the idiots out there who thinks that this will austerely affect the results….. it’s a singing competition, why would anybody use close captioning for that (other than our hearing impaired brothers and sisters)?

After two weeks of absence, I’m back to give you the latest buzz about Idol…. Well, first let’s review what happened tonight…

Ryan reminded us of how great this week has been, especially for Paula. The fans (and even Simon) seemed to have given their full support to her and she looked surprisingly younger!!!! Just like last week, there are two themes for tonight, two completely different types of music: The Country and The Philly. Enough said. Let’s see how the fab four will fair...

Oh, don’t you just love their accents? Haha! I’m talking about the friends of my girl Carrie, yup, she going up first tonight, and it’s gonna be one hot performance. It’s our country girl meets country theme. What can possibly go wrong? Nothing!!! She nailed it and man was that fun!!! The girl just showed us how they do it country style. I loved it; the judges loved it; everyone loved it, except for those who hate Carrie cuz they don’t look us pretty as our farm girl… I’ll hop on to your sin wagon anytime..

Verdict: Best

Now, it’s time for Bo, possibly his worst performance of all. And the look ain’t that pretty either. Who ever told him to let all his facial hair loose needs some good spankin’. I know that it’s a great day to be alive, but not the best day to sing that song….

Verdict: Worse

Baby V is up next, also with her worst performance of all. She looked terrified and she sounded horrible. Something is definitely up, and I dunno if Paula’s just really crazy, but asking how she’s doing in front of 20+ M viewers when you something is wrong is definitely a move to force outburst. And Vonzell did end up crying. What’s wrong with her??? How do I live without you, is that dedicated to the dog or the grandmother???

Verdict: Worst

I never thought this day would come but it did came. Anthony as the last performer. Ha! Well, it wasn’t that bad, but not that great either. He’s cute and all but not a great performer. Somehow I just got sick of all the shouting and screaming that I just wanna turn off the volume of the screen and just watch him. I’m already there… I’ll do it next time..

Verdict: Good

Now it’s time for the classics of Kenny Gamble and Leon Huff and our farm girl needs to exchange the leather wardrobe and country boots for a white-shirt and weird-looking pants. What the hell was she thinking??? Unlike Simon, I will not blame the band, it was a lousy song choice indeed but I think Carrie was able to pull it off. The high notes were great and that’s good enough for me. If you don’t know me by now, I’m just your craziest fan waheheh… and oh, she cried too…

Verdict: Okay

BO is out for revenge, no, not against Donald Trump. But their looks are almost at the same scale. I said it before and I’ll say it again, lose the shades. Bogart, you’re not that famous yet. For the love of money, please here my plea… don’t wear it again… nonetheless, it was a terrific performance.

Verdict: Best

Vonzell finally got a grip and she’s back to her sweet, fun-loving self. She’s definitely great with these Disco type of songs and she nailed this one pretty well. If we are to consider omens, this is a bad choice… During the Top 4, Latoya was the third performer and she also sang this song at that time. I just hope you don’t leave me this way… not now… I wanna see you in the top three.

Verdict: Better

Anthony sang the same song as Carrie. If you’ll ask me, not much difference, except the song sounded better with him. Probably because it is a male song. Still not convince that he deserves to stay and definitely not the best performance tonight. Sorry….

Verdict: Okay

It was mostly a one win, one lose performance for each of them, except for Anthony who pulled of a back-to-back so-so. How will it fair tomorrow??? It is as much of a mystery to me as it is to you.

disgust towards Idol...

Nothing shocks me at this point of the show, but just like any American parent…. I’m disappointed… God Damn it!!!!

Okay, I hated the group performance, though I loved the parts Carrie sung… and hated the rest of it especially the pig’s solo…

The commercial was not that great but I did find Anthony very amusing on that one…

Okay, it was pretty obvious that Vonzell and Anthony was in the bottom group that night but to have Constantine in it instead of the fat hog… that’s just completely despicable… I wanted to strangle that pig while he smirked the moment he found out he’s in…

Vonzell was safe and man, the pressure is mounting, comparing the performances of these two last night, Anthony did a far better job than Constantine… so despite the fact that the latter was great a lot of times, the fact that he sucked makes it acceptable for me that he goes not Anthony, but I sure have wanted him to say instead of that pig!!!! Now there’s no chance for a Connie and Carrie final ‘bout!!!! Bo and Carrie all the way.. the rumored couple which is no more than a page six entry…

Paula was crying, Carrie was shocked and that Pig grr!!!! Carrie cried as well and if I were Simon I would have just said that there are really sick people who votes for those who stink, and I think their numbers have grown that’s why that pig is still here… I hate him!!!!

Man, America needs help, and they need it fast!!!!! That pig do not deserves to be there anymore. I never despised anybody this much my entire life… God give me strength….

iDOL goes ReCeNt....

I’m back with your idol recap and man, the rumors of a country theme is all a fluke… instead, they had a difficult time choosing from songs released from 2000 and above… And it clearly showed the entire show…

First performer is the darling, Carrie, we are treated to a flashback of her former country life, how much she loves her animals---more than people. Waheheh How her Mom loves her so much and how prettier she is than her sisters… Okay, enough of that let’s see her channel some Martina Mcbride… She did alright, the song choice was horrible, God, there’s a lot of great country songs from that time, why did she have to pick that one!!! When God Fearin’ Women get the Blues they’d better vote for her... it will break my heart to see her go especially since she’s pretty sick… poor Carrie… she’s coughing the entire time she was on stage… I love you Carrie….

Verdict: Okay

Bo Bice gets back-to-back hits... I Don’t Want to Be the one to say this but he did pretty good, probably the best tonight… we’ll see…. He was totally in his element… and I love that song… who sang that originally???? Oh, Bo has a girlfriend… and his Sugar Money friends are pretty okay with him joining the contest but I’m not okay with what Simon described as the Lenny Kravitz shades... it looked ugly on him…

Verdict: Best

Baby V is out to make a show… We’ve seen how she throws those karate Chops and how she sends America’s mail right to their homes… Now let’s see her do some Christina… She nailed it but I do have to agree with Simon, she was off-key during the first verse but she was able to save herself when it was time for the high notes…. Baby V is proving she deserves to be here… I Turn to you in case something happens to my girl…

Verdict: Good

Perhaps the riskiest song choice tonight, Anthony is doing some Celine Dion and I’m worried sick he’s gonna make some crazy ass out of it… but... he did it!!! wow!!! Those notes!!! I was actually hoping that the camera would point out to Aiken to see how he reacted…. They sound almost completely the same and with the same range… except Clay is better…. We’ll see…. I just hope I surrender is not his farewell cry…

Verdict: Better

What’s with Ryan comparing Connie to Clay?????? Anyways, another risky choice and he sucked… well vocally… the performance was all-out but the voice was screechy all over and it didn’t felt good on the ears… He has never been in the bottom three but I’m pretty sure he’ll be there tomorrow, let’s just hope he don’t get booted out…. How you remind me is the Greek boy out to win and I would love to see you croon your way to the top 3 the incoming weeks…

Verdict: Bad

I was so scared that Scott will actually do great cuz he was the last one, the last one usually gives the best performance if not a great one…. But man, if Connie’s vocal sucked… his STINKED!!!! I won’t say no more just read it again! I’m just sick worried about the final number luck, no one has ever been booted out when they were the final performer… and I mean nobody!!! I hope tomorrow will be the first… Can’t wait… I’ll Dance with my Father if he get booted out this week…

That’s your Idol... probably their worst night… mediocre will be an overstatement… Let’s just hope the voting public will get it right this time… Please Do!!!!

Okay, so wasn’t able to make a recap of the earlier show cuz I was away… I did felt that Anwar is in the danger of being in the bottom three because of his jumping around the stage but I did not expect him to be booted out!!!! Especially since that sick pig is still there!!!!!! I hate it, I really do…. I’d paste here something I posted on an idol forum regarding the elimination of Anwar…

"man, when i found out that anwar was given the boot i was so depressed that it kept on playing in my head while watching nicole and sean penn.... and when i arrived home and found out my beau was breaking up with me, i couldn't care less, i was just so depress about anwar that i had no time to mourn or whatsoever for what should have been of greater importance.... damn it! idol is making me crazy... is there a cure for this??? drug companies should be seriously thinking about finding a cure for this... the market is pretty huge.... "

It’s a good thing I moved on already…. I was really depressed yesterday.. I mean really depressed…. I love Anwar and he’s such a pure talent…. I hate it!!!! I’ll miss him terribly….

I hate the group song… it was terrible…. But I was surprised to see Carrie playing the guitars…. That was really great….. And Bo, just gained my respect for staying in the middle… very nice of him….. maybe, I just might start routing for you…. Now, it’s all Carrie…. And I will no longer mention that pig in this site until he got booted out…. Since he don’t deserve to be there and all, why bother to write him up??? He’s not worth it….Damn! I miss Anwar already… I hope I would not have to put up with another disappointing result show…. I had been for the last 4 weeks… I just couldn’t take no more…. the rocker, the country girl and the thespian will surely battle it out for the top spot with Carrie as the shoe in and the two “two rockers” will try to outwin each other with the one who puts up the best show winning…. I love Vonzell but don’t think she have enough gas to reach the top 3… and Anthony, he’s cute and all, but not enough to win vocally, just not enough….

I miss Anwar…. America please vote for the right performer and not on the basis of religion or whatsoever, having said that, I still think America will vote for the right Idol, it doesn’t concern me who amongst the 4 win cuz they’re all great…. (Con, Car, Von, Bo)…

Welcome to the second half of the seventh race around the world. They’re going back to India and man, I hate it! Why do they always have to return to that country? I guess it’s really much of a challenge to go around it, with the culture and all. How I wish they would return here in the Philippines.

Anyways, Rob and Amber are still in front of the pack, but this leg of the race ain’t over yet, which means there’s more next week and I can hardly wait especially since the teaser seemed really interesting. I loved what Ron said about their luck… “if not for bad luck we’d have no luck at all” such an optimist that former POW…. Meredith and Gretchen are at the bottom of the group but I hope they exchange places by the end of the race with the extremely irksome gay couple, Lynn and Alex.

In survivor, it’s over guys… it’s in history. Ulong tribe is the only tribe in the history of Survivor that didn’t win a single immunity challenge. I am so freakin’ glad though that Stephanie is safe. I kinda started to like Colby though cuz he attempted to save Steph’s ass by putting his not so naïve ass on the line…. Hahaa… I’m such a pig…. Now he’s gone and the first member of the jury…

I saw the final episode of The Last Comic Standing… man, I actually think Dat Phan is the least funny among the 5. But he won!!! I honestly thought the fat guy was a shoe in, I guess I was wrong. But I love them all especially Rob Cantrell, man he’s crazy!!!!! And Rich Voss is actually such a joy to watch as a comic I never really felt that he was funny at all.

And oh, I didn’t like the latest episode of Lost… I’m losing my interest……

You’re back on Idol and somehow I just feel that Fat Pig will not be sent home tonight…. God damn it!!!!!!! I dunno why…. Hmm… why is Ryan all dressed-up??? This is the first time he actually wore a tie…. There’s something fishy going on…. In case you still dunno, it’s a one-hour result show… a sign that there might be a shocker.. and Ryan clearly said that in the beginning of the show… my fear that Scott is safe just got stronger… and Fox is desperate for higher ratings…

Anyways, let’s start the gibberish talks… First and foremost, let’s talk about the tongue thing… yup, I forgot to mention yesterday that Constantine did showed off his truly long tongue and it was so funny…. And what’s even funnier is Anthony looking so scared and about to puke… man, he was so nervous and it was really funny….

Before they continue the talks it’s time for the winning AI single.. yup, it’s the one I like “When you tell me that you love me”… however, voting didn’t really make much sense since the other two songs are also part of the single… hahah… so great… but their performance was not so much.. Vonzell rocked but they were all trying to outsung each other… I mean the notes were way, way higher…. And at time out of proportion waheheh

Now let’s continue the talks, oh my God, Carrie was actually sick yesterday.. poor girly.. but it’s alright… she’s safe.. that I assure you… and Nadia, oh ,Nadia, you’re probably a beauty queen in your past life… all the world-peace answers just make me wanna puke… and Anwar man, he’s the real beauty queen.. he would have won Ms. Universe with that answer… it was really funny…

And now, Ryan just said that the bottom three will get the chance to sing their fave song this season.. yippee!!! Now I wanna be in the bottom three… such a good news ei??? So he asked fat pig what’s his fave he answered two… ha... such a stupid pig… so he said, okie Against all Odds. And oh, sing it now!!!! Wahahah he’s in the bottom three!!!!!!! Yahoo he might be going home!!!!!

After that utterly terrible performance from the fat pig, Carrie is next… she’s s scared especially since she had to endure 30 minutes of her time, smelling the stink seating next to her… that fat pig.. okie, I told yah she’s safe.. yippee!!!

So what’s the surprise, ah okay, Bo’s in the bottom three… that’s not much of a surprise… and man, he’s head is on the line next week after that I don’t care comment…. People may not feel the urge to vote for him if he keeps that attitude…. if he feels that way he better keep it to himself…. He gave a wonderful Remedy performance… hope he don’t go home tonight… that was really great… I felt like I was in a concert…

Oh, Nadia’s also in the bottom three… she sings you don’t have to say you love me…. She does fine… and Simon clearly told her that if she didn’t chose to sing that song she wouldn’t be standing there right now, and guess what he’s right… and she admitted it by saying that her choice seems to be not working anymore.. that was really funny…. God I hope I can save her…. Simon’s looking tired of all of this and man it’s time to make somebody sit down who is it gonna be???

For the first time in a very long time since the season started, Ryan actually looked invigorated… I love the color, but I know you’re not here for that, so we better get this one started…

But first what is this week’s theme??? Ryan showed a couple of baby pictures, and our boi Anwar, ingenuously guessed that they’re going to sing nursery rhymes… oh, I felt that he really thought they were gonna sing nursery rhymes… he’s funny…. So what is it really? Well, it’s the songs from their birth years…

To kick things off, Nadia came wearing a red Valentino-like couture which I found much, much better than her awfully dull performance… well, maybe I’m exaggerating, but she just didn’t connect with the audience and that’s simply because she chose a really, really popular song, as in even Randy haven’t heard of it. Simon called it an appalling choice and the performance as the ever-catchy musical wallpaper: it’s there you saw it but you don’t remember, even when I dream, so she better pray the audience liked her answer on Ryan’s Q&A portion, I felt like we were on a beauty contest all of a sudden…. World peace… she was born in 1977 just in case you wanted to know…

Verdict: Mediocre

I’m intrigued to find out how long this roaming around the stage frolics will keep him…..

Our boi Anwar, is singing another girl song, hmm… this is kinda starting to turn into a habit ha??? Good thing it was an original by Manilow and Warwick only revived it in ’79. Man if you just saw how much I was praying when he started singing that he won’t falter during the beginning... and thank God he made it through…. I did miss the numerous high notes down to the conclusion but it’s fine I’m sure he’ll give it again some other time… Simon’s kinda smelling what our boi’s trying to do, staying in the middle, safe and all, preparing for the homestretch… I do feel that he got something up his sleeve, I know I’ll never love this way again but he’s really cute today… maybe the unbuttoned shirt did the trick…

Miracle happens, although I do not believe that this is actually his best performance at least the judges finally liked Anthony… hai…. Everytime you go away after the show I fear for your life, but this week I feel that you’ll be safe unless we have the aftermath of bad reviews haunting you down… nah, you’ve been here since ’85 I don’t think they’ll come this week, maybe next, let’s cross our fingers shall we?

Another great performance says Randy, well, I second that for Vonzell baby…. Man, even if she was in the bottom three last week she just brings it on and I mean brrrrriiinnngggg it!!!!!!!! Let’s here it for the girl, cuz she deserves it, hope America won’t be as tone deaf as last week… she was born two years ahead of me in ’84… Vonzell or Nadia??? Need I mention who???

Oh my God, the Goddess has come down from her kingdom…. Carrie looked stunning tonight, I’ve always noticed this, she resembles Alicia Silverstone a lot!!!! And right now that she straightened up the hair together with that revealing dress, they can be twins…. Love is a battlefield for many, for the Idols, it is the stage and I think Carrie did fine on it… But somehow she did seem like a kitten trying to be a tiger…. Just be foxy lady….

Since he’s the last. Any hope of his detractors that he’ll be out soon is surely off now. He sang The Bohemian Rhapsody and man was it some performance. I’m seeing another Rob Thomas in the making. I did thought Carnie Wilson was actually part of the backup, since when they showed them on the TV, she was exactly her size… I gotta give the director props for the wonderful shots on this one, it felt like a dream… he was that good….

It was a good show if you ask me…. The contestants are very fortunate that the themes this year are far, far easier than last year’s… it’s sad though cuz up to now there ain’t no guest judges still…. I thought Paul McCartney was supposed to guest this year???? Damn, let’s all pray that the pig be butchered tomorrow... it’s been a long time coming and it must come now!!!!!!

I’m sorry my fellow Idol fanatics if I wasn’t able to post anything the past week. Why? Cuz the blogger won’t work on my fucking PC…. Even my movie blog was halted which sucks so bad…. I’ve already written a recap of the show last Tuesday (Wed. in Manila) but it fucking disappeared when I tried to post it, it was two-pages long, I think, and I have no time to rewrite it again, and since it has been almost a week anyway, I don’t think it will no longer be necessary. Okay, Survivor, ain’t helping that much as well, imagine, Stephanie is the only person left in the Ulong tribe. Bobby John is gone now. Poor Bobby…. But Stephanie is now all alone, and it’s too bad it ain’t no home…. I hope she makes it through, if she wins this one, it’ll be the sweetest revenge ever. Wahehee

The Amazing Race is halfway through and Rob and Amber are in front of the pack and god I hope they end up that way till the end. I don’t mind though, if Uchyenna and Joyce win especially if it’s the oldies, Meredith and Gretchen bag the price. I would be outraged if that fucking gay couple wins this one, I don’t hate Alex, but Lynn, man he deserves to be cooked alive. I couldn’t care less about Ron and Kelly.

It sucks but I was not able to see the full episode of Survivor last Saturday, yup, they moved it from Sunday. But I did find out that Ibrahim has been voted off. And man, The Ulong tribe is now just a two-man team. Stephanie and Bobby John are the only people left. I love them both so I do hope they go win the immunity soon cuz it will just suck so bad if they lose again. Go Ulong…. Wahehehehe… I just won’t give up…..

Arrested Development and Significant Others is head-over-heels funny. I can’t believe how much comedy has evolved. Arrested Development is the hottest comedy show in the US today with big stars dying for a guest role. The last time I checked, Ben Stiller is the last A-lister to nab a spot in the series as a magician.

Significant Others is brilliant in its own way and I honestly find it funnier than the former Why? Because its IMPROV comedy. As in the cast literally script themselves. I dunno how they do it, or how you direct something like it but it gotta take a lot of talent. I love how they take reality into reality. Wahehehe….

Comedy has never been this good since Will and Grace so go get yourself a dose of innovative comedies every Friday starting at 7 on ETC.

Before I give you the completely disappointing indescribably maddening results, let me first share with you what happened earlier…

Well, they sang Everything is beautiful and I just wish nobody will vote for this song cuz god knows how much it sucks to hear this song because of the one who opened it, yup, u got it right, it’s the fat pig once again… grrr…… I think the first one will win by a mile….
Oh, the commercial looked really funny, one of the few reasons why Idol result shows is not that bad, well until today…

The results are in, and first in the Bottom three: Nadia. Ha! One down two to go. My predictions may be right. Man I do hope they send that fat pig home. Then, it’s time for my other prediction, yup, Ms. Piggy aka Jessica. Okay, two down one to go.. Here you go you piggy, time to be butchered….

This is weird, but if you gonna take a look at it, last season, the 3rd person to go home was Amy Adams, and during the Top 11 night, she sang last, which Jessica did as well, and oh, during the first week, she was also in the bottom three, and Jessica was there too… And now, Jess got booted out as the third one… hmmm…. Coincidence ha? Wahehehe...

Lost is kinda lost. But I’m still watching it.

The Amazing Race had back-to-back episodes today, at first I thought Rob and Amber might be booted out, but I am so glad they weren’t. They are in South Africa, and I gotta give Meredith and Gretchen the biggest props for being able to pull through after having nothing when they lost the first time. And Lynn and Alex especially the gayer one, Lynn, take a good look at yourself first before saying anything, ha! You’re giving gay people a bad name. I hope you get eliminated and burned in the dessert soon. Poor Deana she better leave Ryan, he’s a screwhead…. The brothers were really lucky… really lucky… and really good runners…. Waheheh….

It’s Idol once again and we’re down to 10 finalists…. Ryan comes out in a Pretzel designed red shirt under the gray coat. We still don’t know what they’re theme for this week is so Ryan shows us how he played a guessing game with the contestants. Instead of giving clues like it’s the decade when Geri Haliwell quit the spice girls, he should have just said that it was the decade a president was caught with his pants down waheheheh..

If you’re answer is right then your answer must be the 90’s (wahehe). So okay, let’s get it on…

Bo is up first. He did his usual stuff, playing with the mic stand singing on the table of the judges… very normal. Randy and Paula liked it… I didn’t like it as much and so did Simon, I do think over-experience may kill him in this competition…. He needs to find a remedy and quick… and oh, he’s in red too… and he starts to look a lot younger…

Verdict: Okay

Ms. Piggy didn’t look like herself at all this week. Jessica looks thin. Good for her too bad the singing was not that great. I thought it was a nice song choice but her voice couldn’t catch up, she faltered in the refrain… Simon was right, she does need to work a hell lot more than other contestants like Nikko, and with the song she did, it’s quite possible to see her on the side of angels with other two contestants…

Verdict: Mediocre

I believe he can fly. But I have to agree with Randy… he seems to be disregarding the low notes and concentrating more on hitting those big notes that he always do flawlessly… it’s okay Anwar… those notes will be enough to make you fly next week, I know you’re just saving you bests for the final stages of the competition…. Pitchy or not he’s still my boi…

Verdict: Okay

It seems that I'm the only one who truly believes that Nadia’s voice will not carry her through…. Simon is right, she may have been back to her usual I rocko typo but I don’t think the people loved it as much, well primarily because the song ain’t that great…. We will see…

Verdict: Mediocre

Now the first time I heard that Constantine will sing I can’t make you love me. My brow rose. And the brow was right. It wasn’t that great but it was made for the fans. It was really funny. Constantine never failed to amuse me with his song choices and himself as well…. And Simon actually said he was better than Bo, that’s a first… and oh, Paula said that it was Constantine’s Best Male Vocal Performance, ah, I wonder how his Best Female Vocal Performance goes.

Verdict: Okay

Nikko’s asking can we talk. Sure second boi. I thought this song was an original by Code Red wahehehe that’s why at first I was shocked wahehe… but it was a very good performance. Whoever Tevin Campbell is I don’t care he did great. It was funny cuz Paula was like dancing during the number and Simon was like asking her to stop and sit down… Paula’s giving so much love today and she’s acting a little weird…

Verdict: Good

There’s something about the way he look tonight.. oh, yeah the glasses are off. Nice Anthony… and the shirt wow… you love green alright…. It’s like telling the people I’m refreshing. Wahehe… Simon mentioned that he likes Anthony but he is a bit harsh to him.. poor boi, don’t you see the hole in his neck??? Be kind….

It’s Independence Day and what better way to celebrate it than having Carrie sing country. She sang the same song in her final song before they were trimmed down on the Top 40 and she sang it better, I dunno maybe because there was no accompaniment. That neck thingy that she wears is starting to be a regular. Wahehehe… Simon loves her so much and well, he’s right she got “IT”.

Verdict: Better

Wahaha… this is the day I’ve been waiting for… the day when this PIG will look like a whining pig as he sings…. You’ll definitely have your one last cry tomorrow and I’ll be fucking glad to see you go… and he even attempted to look slim with that oversize vertical striped polo… wahahahah… and I did confirm another thing, Paula’s on drugs, probably on ecstasy.. did you see how she acted and talked? It was as if she wanna hug everyone and share some love wahehe…

The bombshell in Vonzell is out again. Man, this girl is starting to be a threat, however she might end up like Trenyce or Jennifer…. She’s definitely not saying I have nothing now cuz she have me and the people of America who registered 3 million votes for her…

On survivor, The Ulong tribe finally won… too bad it’s not the immunity but at least they won something. They won the reward challenge and because of the stupidity of James they lost the immunity challenge. It’s a good thing he’s gone. I’d rather have Ibrahim than that asshole from the South. Go Stephanie and Bobby John!!!

I saw this wonderful show, it airs every Friday at 7:30 pm on ETC… Significant Others is the title of the show and its laugh out loud one hell of a sitcom. I dunno which came first Arrested Development or this one, but they’re both entertaining. See them both ever Friday at ETC.

The results are in…. what did America do??? Well, we’re about to find out…

But first, did you notice how all black Ryan was? Anyways, after all the controversy it’s time for them to do their second group presentation. And if America needs to decided what song they want them to release why the hell are they choosing songs that I wouldn’t wanna hear again????? He ain’t heaven he’s my brother???? C’mon what’s next she ain’t hell she’s my sister???

It was a good thing they sang pretty well despite the obvious “sapawan”. But I am definitely not voting for this song if ever. Anyways, the Ford commercial looked very cute. I loved it.

Enough of the trash talk let’s g to the results. Ryan, as always, tells them one by one who’s in and how’s in the bottom three. Our first member? Nadia. Some were shock, but I was not. C’mon she deserves to be there after that time wasting performance. Next member? Mikalah. Now, if somebody’s gonna fight me over this you better be ready to be castrated.. and last, no not the piggy boy, not the piggy girl as well. It’s the trying-to-be-hot-and-sexy-but-fails-oh-so-miserably Anthony Federov. Will he end up as another tennis player? Apparently not, he’s safe tonight. And oh, did you catch that. HE and Anwar just shared a hug. Hmmm… Anwar inititated.. but no retorts from him.… hmmm….

Aftre the commercial break, Ryan asked Nadia how did she felt about the performance nw that she’s here. And, with all the angst and arrogance in this world she said She felt happy about it… Yeah right. Convince yourself girl, it may be the last time you will be able to. But she’s luck cuz Mikalah is out. Oh, Jessica looks like a weeping pig. Poor piggy… Carrie is crying too poor beauty….

After seeing the I-just-woke-up-didn’t-have-the-time-to-brush-my-hair look of Mikalah from the auditions, I thought it’s all over. Why did Ryan have to talk to her now she’s not stopping. She tries to thank everyone and attempts to be jolly and all. Honey you’re going home! Now she said this is only the beginning. Ah, as if?! You wish! You’re so done as my nightmare last night. Man, that lasted for a minute. Don’t let her sing no more.

Hmm.. that’s weird she sounds better now…. I would have to search for their theme next week.

IDOL disaster and LOST again!

No results today because of the accident that happened yesterday. No, no one was hurt and no there’s no blood related. Then what happened?

The last three numbers posted on the recap were wrong. Those of Mikalah, Anwar and Jessica. Due to this fact, the voting results will no longer be reliable. It was human error and it’s a big shot at the integrity of the whole voting process.

Because of this, Idol had a special episode, which unfortunately was not aired here in the Philippines. All they did on that episode was have them watch their performance and the judges get the chance to re-critique them.

The only scary thing about this whole re-voting is that the viewers may not feel the urge to vote again or that the usual people who vote may be unable to vote again. It’s pretty scary. Someone good may be eliminated because of this. I hope not. There’s only two to oust Scott and Mikalah.
Watch the results tomorrow Friday, 4 pm on Star World. Replays at 8 pm, 11:30 pm and 3:00 am. And 10 pm on ABC.

So second episode, I caught it this time on its first airing. Well, a little less creepiness but it was still a little bone chilling. The ending in particular. I did saw an interview with the cast yesterday and its funny how Jack played by Matthew Fox sounds like a chipmunk. For a big guy his voice is really small.

Idol is heating up the ratings… despite the fact that CSI is #1… this baby is less than a million away waheheh… Tonight’s theme is Billboard no. 1’s as I’ve so vociferously been talking ‘bout for the past week. So okay let the show begin!!!!!!!!!!

First on our list is the Aiken-wannabe.. yup, it’s Anthony and his song is the sign of what’s to come… I know you’re waiting for him but I’m not… well, sometimes I am but mostly I don’t cuz more often than not he disappoints me…. This week, I’m agreeing with Simon, but that’s initial judgment. Maybe the song can grow on me after a few replays….

Verdict: Okay

There’s just one thing I would like to point out, I’m wondering what ever happened to the phrase “we save the best for last” isn’t that the usual thing they follow? Then what the fuck happened? Why is Carrie all alone at no. 2??? She deserves that final slot more than anybody else tonight, that’s as prediction after her mind-blowing performance… you gotta love this girl (excluding the hair though).. we’ll see if my calculation was right.. we’ll see… for the meantime, Simon did a much bolder prediction, I’m not going as far as that, but I sure agree and hope she’ll sell more records than any idol ever!!!!! Hope he didn’t jinx it… and oh, but her question, when can she get me alone??? Anytime baby!!!! Carrie + me = us… wahhehe

Where are the other pigs? That poor capped and glassed piglet is singing all alone. Oh, now he removes his cheap cap, oh, and now he got rid of those glasses. Oh!!!! It’s Scott. With a body like that, how can I possibly miss him? Well it’s most definitely Against All Odds for him tonight and my money’s on Simon’s…. dial up the no. of the slaughtering house..

Now here’s one guy who I think is nearing that level of Fantasia’s overratedness. Not that it’s a bad thing, hell yah it’s a bad thing. Look at what happened to Bo-Bo’s album… tsk..tsk… it may happen to BO too wahehe...he really should have asked the time be put in a bottle after that duller than life performance….

The first time I heard that Nikko’s singing Incomplete, I panicked. Even if he sings it really, really well, it may backfire since it’s very recent. I just pray that the tux and Paula’s all over the place performance will help to jab up his votes…

Here’s another weird choice for me, but I gotta say… Vonzell starts to appear as the silent killer / underdog / dark horse in this competition. Unlike Latoya, she got the personality and the charm to win the crowd aside from her singing prowess. Baby, you got the best of my love!!!

And so does he… wahehehe…. Now this one is not just a weird choice but song as well, and the outfit was outright down with it… i think i love you is from the Partridge family, but Constantine looked more like a member of the Adams family… waheheh

Somebody is beginning to fall. Nadia just might be sent home sooner than I predicted and I won’t and will never be surprised. She’s way to hyped for me and time after time I’ve said it… this is a singing competition and that voice ain’t gonna hold-up long enough… take my word for it… didn’t love the performance but I love the hair!!!! Go jump into the cockpit!

Verdict: Bad

It’s not as bad as Simon put it, however, it was the worst of the 11 (or Scott’s). Poor Mikalah, I’m actually starting to feel for her especially since she started to look really good and not annoying. I wish she won’t be sent home tomorrow but I do hope they send her home soon,,, this ain’t good for her… she may commit something… love will lead you back even if you already made the byebye sign.. well, according to my impaired senses..

Verdict: Worst

This was last year’s first final 12 performance courtesy of Latoya… and now it’s gonna be sang by, guess who??? Yup! Anwar! Now I dunno what went on his mind but I sure hope it won’t come back next week. This gotta be the oddest choice. Not that he didn’t manage to pull it off, but it’s akin to suicide. C’mon Chaka Khan??? Ain’t nobody’s gonna pull that one off as good… oh, boi, sure hope it won’t get him…. and some are saying that he’s gay… well, that may explain the song choice but my senses weren’t as up when I saw Clay so I don’t know… we’ll see… but the initial signs are there….

Verdict: Good

Yup, two things were confirmed after this total eclipse of my heart. First, is that Billboard no. 1’s according to Idol Thesaurus is synonymous to 80’s. More than half of them sang songs from this decade. Second, that Carrie should have been last cuz she was the best. Jessica did a fine performance and sadly I missed the comments but I think she could have done better.

Verdict: Good

That’s your show tonight… hope you didn’t puke over the copious kisses shared by the to judges…. Man, it was a very nice night for everyone, except Mikalah and Scott of course and surprisingly, Randy was relatively nice…. And somehow even Cowell. How will the votes turn out? Who reached the flying kisses of Vonzell? And who got greased up by Scott’s cap? And who’s saying goodbye forever? We’ll find out soon… here on Idol…

Finally after missing the pilot episode of LOST, by accident I caught it in AXN this morning. Waheheh. Man, it was something! Totally JJ Abrams material. It’s Survivor meets Jurassic Park.

The story revolves around a plane that accidentally or may not accidentally crashed into a remote island; I predict there’s something more to what happened than a machine failure. Jack, a professional doctor who just happens to be drop-dead gorgeous is the lead character in the story, which is exactly what you need in a suspense/adventure show. The three of them bravely tried to find the head of the plane and encountered something beyond they belief.

If you watch Alias you’ll stumble upon two familiar faces. The best bud of Vaughn and the former CIA director. What surprises me about this one; despite the somewhat cheesiness of the writing is the effectiveness of the thrilling scenes. I was totally crept out. And it doesn’t feel like a TV series at all it looks more like a movie.

Mulawin’s done and in case you still don’t know, Darna is going to replace the series with the very beautiful Angel Locsin, I think that Darna shouldn’t be that fair skinned that’s why I thought Iza Calzado was a brilliant choice, but I like Angel so I let it pass.

GMA is still on Top with three of its primetime shows reaching more than 40% the past week. Full House is now ahead of Stairway to Heaven reaching a record high of 42% for a Koreanovela. I guess Jenny’s wits and beauty is really that fun to watch. In case you don’t know I don’t really see it or any show in our local TV except maybe for 24 oras and Extra Challenge.

Vidyoking’s all-Pinoy videos were a mere flaunt. Apparently they’re showing foreign ones as well. I guess that explains the dwindling ratings against an anime rerun. They totally got knockout.

I never thought I’d say this, but Spirits is getting better and that arrogant John Wayne can act. I just hope he learns his lesson before he end up as another could have been. Direk Chito have a good thing goin but he should be careful cuz he tends to overdo it sometimes. Keep up the good work, even if I only catch a glimpse of it every week.

The Eleven is the new Twelve

This is it! The first casualty of the final twelve will finally be revealed. But first, it is a requirement to show everything that transpired yesterday. As if the 28 million viewers of this show (in US alone) need to be reminded of the awful performances of Mikalah and Lindsey.

After the time travel Seacrest introduced the Idols in their first ever song collab and they’re singing "When you tell me that you love me". Now who thought of that? What kind of a knucklehead are you??? Anyways, we have no choice but to listen to them as they belt out one line at a time. I did love the fact that Carrie got the chance to sing more than anybody else. I did find the wedding ring at the end quite weird? Who’s ring was it?????????????

Enough for the sweeties it’s time to send somebody home. Everyone braced themselves as the gelled man go to them one by one. And as predicted Lindsey is part of the bottom three. Moment of truth for the hog, I know he’s not leaving that night but I kinda thought he might be in the bottom 3, it sucks---he wasn’t! Mikalah was the next one, no surprise there. And finally Ms Piggy was called and I was not too surprised but her grandma was. She was desperately trying to boo, ah.. hello! Granny! Your grand daughter is just walking to the center of the stage and your booing your heart out?! It must have sucked to be Jess at that moment.

Simon was asked of what he thought. And humbly and without any signs of being conceited, he said “I think the people are listening to me”. Beat that! Wahehehe. So okay it’s time to set somebody free from her misery. And it’s…drumroll pls…. Jessica. Now, who would have guess that?! And yeah, the granny was so delighted.

And so who among the two roses are going, oh, wait, what’s that shining thing on Mikalah’s belt, ah okay, a STAR, ha, she’s not one so she just wears one. Clever girl! And fortunate she is. Yup, Lindsey got axed. Ha, poor girl. She’s so pretty and her voice is so scary. What a combination! On her send off performance she tried to leave with grace, luckily, they cut it off before she got the chance to finish the song. Whew!

And oh, still no definite reason why Mario left. I don’t wanna think nasty but I’m kinda leaning towards the theory that he didn’t wanna be tied to the contract and he just wanted a little exposure from the show. That it was all planned from the very beginning and he’s planted by some recording company. Unless they site the “serious personal reason” I am stickin’ up with this. He did the Top 10 on The Late Show with David Letterman about the reasons he quit idol. He walked out after the fifth reason. He said “screw this, I'm quitting this one too” or something to that effect.

Just when you thought that Rob can’t possibly get more conniving and crazy, he does something totally off the map. He stole Debbie and Bianca’s cab and quit a challenge. I gottta give him props for the balls to do that and his stupidity can sometimes be viewed as wisdom.

Unlike Reichen and Chip, Lynn and Alex pisses me off like that hog from Idol. They suck figuratively and literally. The mother and son team is sure worth routing for. In case you didn’t notice, this season, it feels like the contestants are calmer and more restrained.

Debbie and Bianca are gone. And I honestly couldn’t care less.

Victoria is such a character. HAHAHAHAH!!! She’s terribly funny, though I find her show a little bit trying so hard to be the Osborunes specifically her sons, she definitely have some wits of her own. I enjoy her greatly. Growing up Gotti is every Wednesday at 8:30 on Star World immediately after IDOL.

You know how the MMDA uses that video trafficking devices, I saw this Life and Style show headed by Jules Asner on the Lifestyle Channel. They featured this man who had this ingenious idea of spraying something shiny on his plates so that the camera won’t be able to catch all the numbers. It’s not illegal---yet. So go ahead and try it here. I’m sure Bayani won’t mind, anything shiny and as girly as the color pink surely blends with his taste. And this show is trying so hard to be anti-Oprah. I wish them luck.

Idol is back, less Mario Vasquez but plus Nikko Smith. We’re back in the time when Cher was still with Sonny; Elvis was truly a decade ago and TV ain’t a necessity but obviously it is nowadays and IDOL is one of the reasons for it.

To kick things off, we present flowery piggy. Well I like Jessica more now and started to realize that she really is good after reviewing a couple of her performances. However, the star potential ain’t there yet except for something fitted for a feeds commercial.

Verdict: Good

We have two bois in this competition. Our first boi is the man with a house that is not a home Anwar Robinson. I agree with Randy that it was a little safe and supple primarily because the signature belts are nowhere to be found but Simon put it perfectly when he said that he’s already proven what he can do so there’s no need for hardcore spellbinding performances. He looks so great too. Besides it’s the first night, the line out is pretty crowded already, there’s no room for him. I hope this won’t fire back.

Verdict: Good

I was watching American Idol right? What the hell is a gypsy doing in the stage? And she’s singing something about the son of a preacher man. Oh, it’s Mikalah, ha! She looks better, as if her moles have decreased but the dress, man it’s awful. The performance was definitely off par Camile’s rendition.

Verdict: Worst

Somebody made me so happy! It’s none other than the tallest guy that ever graced the Idol stage. Constantine is wearing blue long sleeves with the first button undone, enough to make any teens scream in excitement (both girls and gays). I was surprised that he can hit that high note, ha, at least he finally had the chance to shut off some of his strong detractors. What you gonna say now, ha?!

Verdict: Better

Remember Kimberley Caldwell from Idol 2? How about Fantasia Burrito? I mean Barrino? They have something in common with Lindsey. Yup, they all knocked on wood, however it seems that the door was shut off the face of the latter. Poor Louisiana girl, don’t worry there’s a lot more jobs available for you. You can be a model, or if you still want something to with your voice, do radio commercials, but apply for male parts.
At least I didn’t say that the 30 million people simultaneously lowered down the volume of the TV sets! I shut it off! Nah, just kiddin’!

Verdict: Worse

Honestly speaking, I can do a better version of this song. I love and live by this song and I cannot accept the fact that some tennis player sounding Aiken-wannabee sang this song. If it is gonna be Anthony’s head, breaking up will not be so hard to do. Ha! All black with that glasses. Go back to the Xmas party (asmentioned by Cowell) or to the hotel (as said by (Jackson) you came from!

Verdict: Bad

I’ve always had a problem with Nadia’s singing. The first time I hear it; I always feel that it’s just okay, nothing special except maybe last week. This week, I’ve just heard better versions of You don’t have to say you love me, and most of them don’t include the desperate need for air in the last part. I don’t think she’s a steak, neither is she a burger, she’s the fries (corny!).

Verdict: Okay

The mustache is gone and he’s looking better. Bo rides on a spinning wheel and gets the engine going. But I kinda have the same problem with him like with Nadia. I dunno why but it requires a lot of getting used to for me to appreciate it. Guess, he really should be a recording star.

Verdict: Okay

I was terribly scared for Vonzell in the beginning but I am so glad that she managed to pull off that last note. She may have some problems cuz the people may not quite be aware of what she sang and Cowell is right as well, she’s kinda staying in the middle all the time, if she don’t do something brilliant pretty soon she’s gonna leave soon. But it was a pretty risky song to take that I definitely salute her for. Anyone who had a heart will definitely vote for her.

Verdict: Good

The hog is back and he’s in brown. George did so much better and I don’t need to explain no more how disgusted I am with his man and I just pray he leaves tomorrow to spare me the burden of having to see his wicked face one more time. Ain’t too proud to beg, but please take him out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! By the way, did you see how difficult it was for him to climb up the stairs? Wahahahaah!!!!

Verdict: Mediocre

Carrie don’t need to ask when she will be loved cuz I loved her the first time I laid my eyes on her and I am not turning back. She did seem a little awkward but that last note deserves more credit than what Paula and Randy gave. Despite the fact that the neck accessory she’s wearing is plain absurd, Simon said it right that she knows what she is and she definitely does. She’s country and it sounded redneck. Kudos! My dear.

Verdict: Good

Our second boi is back and thank God your back cuz I want you back. It was a good performance, however, if the cotton buds served me right, Nikko squealed on the “you in his arms”. I’ll let it pass no worries.

I am so shocked, I am so flabbergasted, I am so disappointed and excited about what I am about to tell you. Mario Vazquez, reportedly, has dropped out of the Top 12. No, this is no Corey Clark, it’s more of Diva walks out. The full detail of his departure was not disclosed but our IDOL correspondents are working round the clock to find answers. So far, the only thing we know is that it’s very personal.

Of course, you’re wondering whether he was replaced or not. Only a dumbass would think he wasn’t replaced. They can’t possibly adjust their show dates especially since the finale is scheduled at the home of the Oscars. This is what I am happy about. Our boi is back in action. Yup! Nikko enters the Top 12 and he surely deserves it. Now, it’s time for the people to vote that skunky hog off and make amends to what they did to this boi. America, you should have learned your lesson!!!

On surviror, ULONG lost both challenges. The last of which caused the exit of Kim who by the way deserves it as much as James does. I hate the KORAR team. Nothing personal, I just hate them. Who am I kidding, it’s totally personal and you can’t do nothing about it!!!!

In case you don’t know… I’m a KAPUSO ever since I was a little boy, I grew up watching GMA, primarily because all our TVs came from Japan so we don’t have ABS-CBN, which is not a lost in any way. My only frustration is that I never met Mr. Bogus when I was young, actually up to now. Wahehehe

Mulawin is ending this coming week. We can assume that it’s gonna be a happy ending. Alwina and Aguiluz will be together again and there’s no more Ravenas around. Never really liked this show simple because the effects are too lame for me. But I gotta say during the latter parts of this series it got better.

Mulawin will be replaced by another superhero show, this time it’s the original Pinay superhero who’s not that original since it’s loosely based from Wonderwoman. Up to now they haven’t shown who’s going to play Darna but only a stupid fool won’t be able to guess who’s it’s gonna be. Clue: Her initials are A.L.

Anyways, have you seen Vidjoking? It’s nothing new but I salute them for their research. I know how pretty hard it is to find funny videos here in our country. That’s a plus for them since in Bitoy’s Funniest Video they largely use those from America’s… but Marc Logan (he’s not married to Beth) don’t have the same wits and charm as Michael V. that’s why I don’t think it’ll be an easy road to success for them. Plus, they’re up against Knockout! Now, who’s gonna miss that show aside from those who already saw it less than 2 years ago and grew tired of it?

Yesterday’s Pinoy Pop Superstar was okay. This pretty girl won, she sang Angel and her voice was right for the song, however, I didn’t find anything new with her rendition and compared to Sarah, she’s just a skid mark. She did won against Jonalyn who sang better with her version of It Might Be you, but c’mon with that pretty angelic looking face and tremendous star potential, how can they let her slip????

For those who haven’t seen this week’s Extra Challenge, you’re missing out on a lot. That breakdown scene of Jaja or Boom Boom, I really don’t know which is which, was really something. Plus Tolit’s is there as well. Funny kid.

Outside our local networks, have you seen the tonight show yesterday, Friday? Leno was in heat… wahehehe.. the gag order against him has been lifted so he threw every possible joke about Jacko. Wahehe… and Point, what’s the point is really a funny segment. His guests were Ozzy and Sharon and Joan Allen. She’s in a new movie called the Upside of Anger. I really like her. It looks like a fine movie judging from the scene they showed. She’s one of those character actresses who truly deserve to win the Oscar.

I also saw the E!True Hollywood Story about Cher, I realized how glamorous this woman is. I always thought she was just an overrated grandma. Hmmm… the part 2 will be shown next Saturday at 10 on the Lifestyle Channel.

Just when I thought Idol is back on its feet…. The girls gave the most disappointing performances this season and I have no idea what the hell happened to them. It was pretty evident that the ladies ruled last season, but this time, the men are taking the Idol stage by storm. Poor men, if it’s the usual Idol semifinals, 7 of them will definitely be on the Top 12, that’s excluding Scott of course.

I don’t know if it’s because Ryan and Simon seem to have switched shirts, Ryan’s wearing the dark one and Simon’s on baby blue. Why is that? Maybe the star signs are just not up tonight.

Jessica Simpson is back, oh, I mean Amanda Avila. Last week I categorically said that the newlywed vibe is gone, but this week it’s back again. This hopefully Pinay Gemini girl had what she must not have to tackle Tina Turner’s River Deep, Mountain High. I just hope it keeps her rollin’ on to the competition…

Verdict: Okay

The girl we hate most is back. As a Libran we weighed her pitch, and it’s totally off. I definitely agree with Simon that it’s her time to go. It's been long overdue. Don’t worry Janay we won’t be dreamin’ of you…

Our girl Carrie is on and she’s singing a country ballad again. She did fine alright, and she’s a Pisces. Can’t wait to see her on the top 12.

She said she’s very emotional which clearly showed and initiated the riot between Ryan and Simon by simply saying “she’s the musical equivalent of Ryan”. She has the voice, she does the job well but still something is missing. Simon did get his hands wet.

Have you seen Mikalah? Where has she been? Oh, right she’s the lady in black who happens to be singing or yawning a song. Someday, somehow, somewhere in the course of the semifinals she lost her wits and youth and became this lifeless funny looking girl. As usual, Ryan showed the picture of the recent casualties ended by Aloha’s textbook open-mouth photo. The ceaselessly nicely done Ryan is wearing a pants too south for us to endure. He asked Cowell whether the results were fair and he said (I think particularly pointing out to Melinda Lira) that it’s stupid to say that they got ousted because they didn’t get as much exposure as the others did. Well, that’s how the system works?! Didn’t you see last season how much airtime they invested for Fantasia so people will be impelled to vote for her? I didn’t see no La Toya back then. Good thing she did a mind blowing “All by myself” which suited her position. And Randy well, he pretty much ate everything he said on the first week of eliminations, song choice is important but now he’s saying even if you picked the bad songs you just gotta sing it. That was rough dawg!

Topic for today is idol and their birth signs. First stop, the face that can launch a thousand consumed plates; none other than Scott. He’s a Taurus but he’s more of the Hogrus, the brother of the Pigrus sign. And I don’t think there will be someone brave enough to stop him, with that looks? Ah-ah. His choreography made me sick to my stomach: the hand signals, the shades thang and the 5 seconds final pose. He sucks BIGtime. And if he thinks that the audience would give him sympathy votes after he said “it’s alright, that’s his opinion”, he got it all wrong. You ain’t no sugar pie, honey bunch hawg!!!

Bo, Bo, Bo is in trouble this week. I don’t think people will buy that I’ll be stuff. People may think the judges are starting to sell him too much and may cause his early sprint off the competition. He said he’s a Scorpio and the reports are right, he’s a certified wedding singer.

Verdict: Mediocre

Ukraine boy Anthony is a Taurus as well but he looks more like a character from Finding Nemo. He picked a really weird song. That’s Clay’s edge over him, he picked better songs but he’s a better dancer. Simon put it perfectly when he leveled his macho Latin flare from that of a polar bear. Cowell is surely glad he got you.

Verdict: Okay

The also-Taurus Nikko, never came up with the wrong choice or notes and he sure ain’t doing that as well this time. He’s trying to do a Jamie Foxx which I relentlessly pray works. Even if he looks like your next-door choir leader/pastor, he’s definitely still on my mind.

I love Travis (Aries) for reasons of my own but I gotta say this was a bad performance. Not appalling but bad. C’mon Bobby Brown? He can do so much better than that! Plus, he’s wearing suspenders and doing beat box and some April Boy Regino. C’mon boy we’re watching every little step you take!

Mario Vasquez is a Gemini and this time he’s showing his other side, the one with the goofball looking hair. Garfield is on your tail. How can you mend a broken root? I don’t know but I did notice how Justin-like he really is and how he’s kinda holding back when he sang the song. I loved how Cowell put it, “it’s like the first time the daughter will let his boyfriend meet his father” everything needs to be so discreet. That I barely am.

The only Virgo Constantine, stop screaming! I said Virgo not virgin. Every little thing he does is certainly magic. It was not that brilliant but he certainly don’t seem to ooze out of charisma. I thought the whole performance was verging on something but I definitely didn’t find it as a bad impersonation of Sting. Bad Cowell!

The last Taurus of the night is Anwar. Yes, he may look like your carabao next farm, but he’s the best thing this season has ever seen. He’s definitely a music teacher. He made these songs so spanking new in sound that I might as well choose it to be the only rendition. Though I thought he was a tall girl because of that dress and his hair arrangement, I’d still love to be the puppy he performs with on stage. What a wonderful Anwar!

You know I don’t get to watch much of the local shows but from time to time I do get the chance and today I did… particularly news.

The first one I saw was Showbiz no. 1 on ABS-CBN, they were celebrating the birthday of Rica Peralejo, a new member of the cast composed of the surprisingly capable of a hard-on especially towards the opposite sex Ogie Diaz; the unbelievably infuriating JC who lives by his surname via his face Cuadrado; and the piteous former dignified news reporter turned kachika via Cesar Montano Niña Corpuz.

It was fun to see Edu Manzano, Aga Muhlach, John Estrada and Bayani Agabyani make fun of themselves because they are really funny. They’re getting desperate to find a remedy for their newly reformat but still plunging down the ratings Ok Fine Whatever: Ito ang Gusto Niyo. Well, this is what I really want------ get the hell out of my boob tube!

I concurrently watched 24 Oras (GMA) and TV Patrol World (ABS) and found nothing new. All I heard was increase. Increase of oil prices, increase of fare hike and etc. Everything seems to be escalating, except me of course and the ratings of ABS-CBN shows.

I saw in 24 that a man got hit-and-run at Commonwealth earlier, the man died and so now they’re on the hunt for the driver of the car. And then this police comes in the screen as interviewed by the reporter who by the way said earlier that nobody’s helping the guy while they spend the time shooting it, why don’t they use their OB van to send the guy to the hospital? If they did so, he would have lived. Dumbass media man! Anyways going back to the policeman, he said that it will easy to identify the driver since a lot of people saw the plate number, and then he go asked the people watching,” if you know or see the the car with this plate number HBP 892 please inform us.” What the fuck??? Don’t they have records of the different plate numbers??? I don’t think it’ll be much of a hassle especially since a lot of people actually saw the car.

And from the same show, I saw Sen. Recto making his speech about his revised version of the 12% EVAT which won’t cover food and other necessities. What’s funny is how he say it, “our people will eat vat-free rice, vat-free galunggong with vat-free kamatis or with vat-free bagoong.” That’s what’s wrong with us Filipinos, we never think big. We’re okay with the pathetic of all pathetics. He just emphasized the fact that you’ll still end up eating nothing else but rice, galunggong, kamatis and bagoong or else you’ll pay vat. Wahehehee…

The word is out and we’re sharing it loud! The seventh season of the Amazing Race finally started. And this time, there’s a popular couple who’s a product of another much more popular reality show. It’s Rob and Amber. Yup, the conniving Sox fan infamous for his lies, arrogance and extreme impropriety. And Amber, the winner of Survivor All-Star and the unfortunate fiancée of this bewildered man.

Some of the teams are definitely not happy about them being on the race since Amber did won a million dollars already and the couple is feeling it. What’s really funny though is that Amber, despite her being smart and pretty, chose to stay with that man. And what’s even funnier, is that in the first episode, while Rob is sharing his usual “wits”, Amber looked like she’s just forcing herself to agree or to smile. It is as if she wanna kick his ass and just right on say to his face that he’s a dumbass loser who’ll never ever win a million dollars from any show ever!

By the way, they almost arrived first, unfortunately they got caught up in some thingy and end up in third. It surely is more exciting now that they are here. They went to Peru and more locations undisclosed at the moment.

Monday flashbacks...

… at least that’s true for the male contestants of Idol. The guys brought it down. They sung, swerved, delivered and it’s all yours.

During the start of the show, the ever nicely done Ryan has to mention the colossal responsibility of the audience to votes, and to go over those who experience first hand the anguish brought by it. And they showed them looking at their worst during their performances, just so the audiences’ verdict would be reimbursed.

Those who are last will be first. And so Mario Vasquez (Ryan’s right it’s Vas-kwez) affectedly gave another performance that is no way different than his previous one. Except maybe the shoes he stole from Snow White’s dwarfs. He loves music alright, but I don’t think it loves him as much. If it’s all audio, I would have judged him as a screaming faggot…

Verdict: Mediocre

My boy, Anwar, gave Marvin Gaye a run for his money in his version of What’s Going On. And he’s starting to acquire some style, clothing wise. I love the outfit! And the hair can be best described in the words of Sunsilk’s tagline: paganda ng paganda.

Verdict: Better

Joseph is a different story; he should runaway after that mediocre performance of Marvin’s Let’s Stay Together. He looked so scared and stiff at the same time. Plus, he reminds me of a TV actor from the show where the characters don’t get no pee break (last clue: it’s also a FOX show). I totally agree with Simon, and I think he’ll do very well in Vegas. After that performance he’s no way staying together with these guys…

Verdict: Mediocre

Get ready Arnold, David is back! This time his singing All is fair in love. Fortunately, there was no blood involve with his performance, however, it was still bloody crappy. And what the hell is wrong with this boy? Everyone’s starting to dress up but his left with some rubbish pair of baggy shirt and jeans? I thought predators don’t wear no clothes?

Verdict: Mediocre

Constantine (not the claptrap movie) gave another cute-cutey performance. He’s not that great but he’s way too charming for TV. Our judgments are impaired (as if they never were). If I’m America (the one Ryan always make mention of “Okay, America it’s time to vote”), despite of the fact that I barely understood what he sung, I’d probably vote for him still.

Verdict: Okay

After the beauty, here comes the beast, and I hate to admit this, but Scott did quite well. He started really, really good, but when he screeched somewhere in the middle, he looked like a pig running out of breath. He no longer looks like a loser alright, instead a FAT Joe wannabee who’ll probably be sent home this Wednesday or next week..

Verdict: Okay

Now I know why I find Travis very good-looking, and the reason will remain to me alone. However, I can disclose the fact that I was surprised that he can do such moves. There’s a little Usher in him alright, and I’m liking it. Though the vocals were not that great, it was understandable, he’s nervous both for his singing and dancing, but he need not to be. You go prince!

Verdict: Good

If Whitney was watching, I don’t think she’ll be happy with what Simon said. Nikko is definitely better looking than substance veteran Bobby Brown. And man, he’d definitely qualify for the Olympics with all the vocal gymnastics he do (how lame!). Can’t wait what more he has in store… let’s get it on!

Verdict: Better

Anthony Callea don’t qualify for American idol (cuz he’s Australian) that’s why Anthony Federov adapted his version of I want to know what love is and dropped the bomb (does it sound enuf like Randy’s?). I would have to agree with Simon though, the pants was so, how does Hogwart’s people call it, ah, ridiculous! Now he can be compared to Clay. But there are three things he must lose before he can move closer to his level: the pants, the glasses and the fat! Maybe he’d better stop eating Chinese… who gets stuffed from Chinese food?

Verdict: Better

Did they save the best for last? Absolutely! Bo Bice rocked the house down with tied on Whitman post (if that is the title). He’s clearly making a statement: “I’m not a cutey like Constantine---- but I can rock better!” This man’s full of surprises, maybe it’s all in his beer belly. Lose it Bo!

Tuesday recalled

It was ladies’ night and the feeling was definitely right…. Until Aloha Mischeaux sung a song nobody dares to sing. Not because it’s bad but because it’s one tough act to pull through, Alicia Keys’ You don’t Know my name. I’m with Simon all the way, when he said that it seemed affected. So I guess those who were last will really be first, and those who are first will really be last, just like Mario. And she said she love chicken wings? Give her a lot so she can fly her way out of here…

Verdict: Okay

The first time Lindsay opened her mouth, I was scared. Try to think about is not something I ever imagined her singing. It was okay but that dress, she looked like 5 months away. And I would have to agree with Simon, again, last week, she’s the one who’s name I forgot from all the girl contestants which sucks cuz I do like her but she seems to be anything but noteworthy.

Verdict: Mediocre

Correct me if I’m wrong, but ain’t Diana Degarmo the runner-up last year? Nobody told me you could come back again if you lose the first time. Oh, it’s Jessica Sierra. How uncanny, she looks like Diana and she sang A Broken Wing, only not as good. But she resembles Ms. Piggy more than Diana does. And I disagree with Paula for saying that she made it her own! And so with Simon, she almost screeched on the last part before that final note. Good thing she didn’t. Were they both in drugs? I think they both were just like Jessica.

Verdict: Good

I never thought there will come a time when Mikhaila will voluntarily shut-up and actually do nothing but sing. And she did it for almost 2 minutes and never talked before she left. However, I still find her irritating, it’s more of her adult-looking face or simply her eyebrows. Oh, god Bless the Child!

Verdict: Better

When the light goes down will probably be Celina's theme song this Wednesday after showing such an improvement from last week. And what’s with her and fame? She said all she wants from fame, is the perks of having designers make you clothes. Now I know why she’s anorexic, honey, you're on the wrong show! This ain’t America’s Next Top Model!

Verdict: Mediocre

Nadia, Nadia, Nadia she never fails to confirm my reservations about her. Her weakness as a singer is totally evident. Randy said it himself. And I don’t know what the hell she took but it must be something really hard for her to take My Love Does it good, if that’s even the title of that crappy song.

Okay, reports are coming in that might confirm Amanda's being a Filipina. God I hope she is. I was really shocked that she sang a Gloria Estefan song! This one certainly didn’t sound like Diana’s version and she did a terrific job. She no longer sounded like Jessica Simpson and I do hope she reaches the final twelve.

Verdict: Best

The kid who never fails to try to disguise himself as an adult but always fail miserably in doing so is back and this time Janay's singing no Newlywed song. Instead, she’s singing Blue Cantrell’s hit or maybe only hit will be more proper. She looked too pacutish and her stomach is so scary. She did mess up, she gotta hit em’ up!

Verdict: Bad

When I saw that Carrie was wearing a pair of blue denims I knew that she’s gonna try something upbeat, I wasn’t completely psyched about it but I don’t think it was bad. She did seem a little awkward but she still managed to take out a piece of my heart. I’m still with you, farm girl!

Verdict: Good (live with it!)

Don’t they ever learn? How many times do these Idols need to be reminded not to take any Alicia Keys’ song? I love Vonzell but that song (which I love so dearly) should better be left alone. It was overcooked and like what they say, too much of a good thing is a lot (isn’t that right?). So better go back to the simply lovely you, but you still rock!

Thursday Reckoning

America have finally learned how to properly use the SMS on their phones, and cast their votes. The result show will be brief and straightforward maybe because a lot of people said that Ryan was mean to the contestants, the way he announced their status. This time he really was straight to the point, and as expected Celina did got it. She’s totally pretty but it was really just a weak performance.

Just when you thought that there’ll be not much shock, man, you are so wrong. The moment Ryan told Janay she’s safe I instantly knew that America made another stupid decision. The choice is between Aloha and Vonzell. I was definitely routing for Vonzell but I felt sorry for Aloha when she got the boot, cuz like what the judges say, she doesn’t deserve to be oust this early. A couple of people did far worse than she did. It’s unfortunate, truly. But I saw it coming, she’s like this season’s Jennifer Hudson. Great voice and a good performer but the people just don’t like them as much. The moment she made that terrible song choice, she was definitely gone. Which truly reflects how stupid the semifinals is this season. There’s no room for Wildcards, and you know you can’t trust America to get everything right!

The boys is a different story. Despite the fact that I hate Scott, it was definitely not yet his time. I was really scared though when Danny tried to make some square with his necklace and pointed at the sky. I felt as if he might be calling their mothership to get him off the stage and to punish all those Americans who didn’t vote for him. Poor Danny. Good thing Joseph accepted it pretty well. He had it coming.

Probably one of the lamest reality show made for TV. The fact that I watch it may give it some credibility, but believe me when i say it does not. I just love all the male drama going on, but aside from that this show sucks!

C’mon, how will you describe a show hosted by Carmen Electra??? What does she know about male species, let alone modelling? Now, if this is the search for the next American pornstar, I definitely suggest she host it rather than Pamela, but this is no porn show, well until the last episode where they had to strip down for a nude pictorial. All for the sake of art! Yeah right!

Anyways, male modeling is really a business of pecs and abs, and Jon Johnson definitely have them that’s why he won. Plus, the tarzan-look really works for him. But I think, if we’re talkin’ bout high fashion, Rob is the gay, I mean guy!

I can’t wait for the next season; maybe Pam Anderson might do the hosting this time! That will be worth the watch----not!

I’m trying to make a decision whether in fact I should make episodic posts of the eighth or ninth or tenth installment of Mark Burnett’s reality heavyweight champ Survivor: Palau. Since the site ain’t on yet when it started, I decided to start doing the same thing I do with Idol right before the outcasts’ numbers drop to 10. But for you who didn’t know that Survivor is back, you’re missing out a lot. This season uses the same old brand new style of survival, stab somebody at the back and stab them again.

You can catch Survivor via satellite every Friday 2 pm on Studio 23! Primetime telecasts is on Sundays 7:00 pm.

And back for another gay but not as gay as before season is Will and Grace. Last Sunday’s guest was Jennifer Lopez and she was playing herself alright (not the way men would picture it), but ‘twas weird, how come she acts the same way she did on that show in the movies? And of course she did what she love most, or should i say the one thing she' really god at---dancing! That I love her do. Booty away……

And last one, another reality show, yes, but this one’s interesting. NBC launched the search for the last comic standing and a lot of the hopefuls are really good. If you want free bar comedy without the usual "gay" or "rufa mae" rumor, tune in every Wednesday 9 pm on ETC.

IDOL: fading fad???

i know that you know that idol’s back… just felt like yesterday since Camile Velasco enticed us with her Ready or Not audition piece. Now there’s a whole new search and well, as far as I’m concerned this one seems not as interesting as the other season.

Wrong move?

This year’s pattern is just totally the worst move they made since this craze started. Making 12 people sing in an hour is not exactly the most thrilling thing to watch. It becomes redundant, not just the singers but the judges as well. Just how different can one performance be from 11 others? It’s either you’re bad, worse and worst; or good, better and best; or mediocre, safe and okay; or if you’re lucky you’re classified as pitchy.

Monday’s recap

So first stop, Niko Smith, he did very well, screeched a little on “against the sun”, damn it! how I wish I remembered this song during my previous audition…. Anyways, Cowell was right though, he’s a very good singer but really needs to come out of his shell. I’ve never seen him without a hat… he’s kinda holding back that’s why the is nowhere to be found, have you seen it?

Verdict: Better

It’s definitely not with Scott Savol…. C’mon if Kurt Nielsen looked like a hobbit this man looked like an offspring of two different alien creatures. And he’s totally weird. He is no RUBBEN!!!!!!!!!!

Verdict: Worse

Anthony on the other hand proved that he’s no Clay Aiken. There can only be one American geeky superstar. If he keeps on singing the same kind of songs for the succeeding weeks, he’ll be gone right before Ryan Seacrest’s spray net comes off.

Verdict: Okay

Bo Bice actually do have a nice voice. And he looked better without the mustache so he better shave it off.

Verdict: Good

Travis Tucker is definitely good looking, My Cherie Amour isn’t exactly the best contest piece so he has to make the right decision next time and put a stop to all the trying to be cute moves cuz frankly, he doesn’t need it.

Verdict: Safe

Constantine is another guy who need not try to be cute, cuz he’s gorgeous. Cowell is right, Bo may have outsung him but his charisma is hard to match. Bo’s 29 and he looks like it, but Constantine don’t and man, what a height!

Verdict: Good

Anwar is my favorite male to win this competition, the Republicans may not agree with me cuz the last thing they would like is another black idol. But man, he’s something. I never thought moonriver can possibly be more than a soundtrack for a gloomy love story, let alone a contest piece. So go monkey-looking man…. (especially when he smiles)

Verdict: Best

Now David Brown, well, vocally he’s okay… but everytime I see him on screen, it’s always as if I have to be ready, for Arnold may suddenly appear. I can’t help but think that he looks like a predator… the hair says it all.

Verdict: Medicore

Jared Yates, oh, Jared Yates, poor boy, I dunno if he sang a Marc Anthony song, but if he did, bad move, cuz he’s only selling himself to the Hispanics and he doesn’t look like one, he looks like an Iraqi. Plus, well, he was beyond pitchy and it was definitely cheesy.

Verdict: Worst

Judd Harris have tried something nobody has ever done before, imitate an imitator. C’mon, if he thinks that America is ready for another pen salesman he got it all wrong. Primarily because he’s goodlooking, you have to be cartoonish enough to pull off a Jon Peter Lewis.

Verdict: Mediocre

Joseph Murena is what can best be described as the yawning singer. Everytime he sings, I felt as if he’s yawning and stopping himself from falling asleep. He have a very weird voice and a very weird look. What more can I say???

Verdict: Okay

And finally, the cocky of all cockys, it’s Mario Vasquez (or what Seacrets pronunce as Vaskwez), first time I saw him, I think twice about he’s being Mexicano or Latino, I was hoping that he’s Pinoy, but he’s obviously not… the smug attitude proves it all. He’s good-looking, a good singer, and performer alright, but he should keep in mind that so was Justin Guarini, and look where his cockiness has taken him, oh right, nowhere, ha!

Verdict: Good

Tuesday’s sum up

Vonzell, Vonzell, I love this lass. One of my faves. She’s so relax. I don’t feel no competitiveness with her. and she’s so light and bubbly. Though, I thought she was a little nervous that night, it was still a good performance. Can’t wait to see more of her. And she smiles like Jennifer Garner.

Verdict: Better

Amanda Avila, I’m still hoping that she’s a Filipina, you’ll never know, maybe she’s a relative of Rita. I went gaga over Cowell’s comment about being her microphone on the next life… it will be featured on my next writing.. why Cowell is not gay…. anyways, I thought she sings very much like Jessica Simpson, the belting, the sound, so Newlywed, I dunno if it’s just me who noticed it, but that’s the first thing I detected.

Verdict: Okay

Janay obviously sang a Jessica Simpson song but failed to match even half of the singer’s performance. I don’t like this girl. I think she’s no star at all. Plus, she’s TH to the max. trying to look old, when well in fact she looks too old. Trying to be a star when in fact she’s a moon (I swear that sounded funnier in my head). I do think she’s needs to be axed soon…

Verdict: Worse

Now it’s time for another one of my faves, the beautiful, the naïve-looking girl from the farms of the state where she came from, Carrie Underwood. I’m not a great fan of country music, but if it means hearing more of her, man, I would love it. She’s definitely a lot better than Kimberly Caldwell and much much more pretty. She’s my female bet to win this contest.

Verdict: Best

And my belief in Carrie just grew stronger after hearing Nadia sang. She’s not a very strong singer. At the end of the day, this contest will be about singing, and if she can’t take a high note don’t think people will ever feel compelled to vote for her. So if she can, better show it, cuz the look may just not be enough to carry her through…

Verdict: Good

I’ve been hearing rumors that Melinda Lira may be a Filipino, hmm… she looks like Asian and the surname do sound Pinoy, but we’ll never know… all I know is that she’ do have a nice voice, but I don’t think the cellulites can carry her to the top. Poor girl.

Verdict: Mediocre

Sarah Mather is probably one of the prettiest among the bunch. I love her look, very exotic. She did pick a nice song, but it just doesn’t fit her voice She does have a very odd sound. I hope she gets another chance cuz I like her….

Verdict: Bad

Lindsay is really pretty. But the song choice, totally safe. I dunno what happened to her… but her voice is really fascinating… wahehe…

Celina Rae is probably the most Hollywood looking among them all. Her nose looks like a product of Belo’s group. She’s as skinny as Lara Flynn Boyle and she resembles a lot of actresses. I like her too but the voice is a little weak. I dunno we’ll see..

Verdict: Safe

Mikhaila Gordon is a very different story. Here’s a girl who need not be lectured about how to look stupid. Cowell put it perfectly when he said that half of the audience would find her amusing and half would find her annoying. She’s a 17-year old who looks like she have a tattooed eyebrow. Plus the mole isn’t exactly that attractive. I dunno but she looks like the snake of Valentina. She gave a good performance but this girl is bound to be history soon…

Verdict: Okay

Jessica Sierra looks okay, a little overweight but she’ll do fine. She gave a good performance but I would love to see her give a it’s now or never act, just to see how much she’s really capable of, I feel as if she’s holding back a lot more.

Verdict: Good

And finally, the aloha of all alohas, Aloha Mischeaux was my first pick to be oust. For looks alone. What I find really funny about her is that Randy told her there’s a little Beyonce in her and she goes, "the Aloha in me". Okay, lady, prove that you’re original. And what des she sings? Work it out! How clever! Now, I really realized that she should not be compared to Beyonce, thanx a lot!

Wednesday reviewed

The votes were in, America has decided, for Guys, I knew that Jared is a definite bye-bye, but I didn’t think Judd would be eliminated this soon. God damn it! I would have to see another performance from that son of aliens…. What kind of stupid pricks would vote for him? I mean it!

On the women’s side, Sarah is a given, I really wished she wasn’t ousted but what can I do? It was a little shocking that Melinda got booted out this early; I really thought janay should be cut off. That little bitch… hate her…. man, I felt sorry for Melinda, she was definitely shaken…
